Our first company, Bayon Heritage Holding Group was established in 2007. The company imports high-quality fertilizers from Japan, helping Cambodian farmers achieve higher quality produce and better yields in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. In 2017, the company entered into a joint venture with a Japanese fertilizer producer to form Nangoku Agriculture Development JV Co Ltd, paving the way
for local production of Japanese-quality fertilizers. Built upon almost 2 decades of experience, Bayon has grown to be largest producer and distributor of organic fertilizers in Cambodia.

Bayon Heritage Holding Group Co., LTD established in 2007 to import and distribute organic fertilizer from Japan to help Cambodian farmers re-arrange farming quality in a safe environment and health.

Our vision is a partner of choice for agricultural input supplier in Cambodia, with a mission to produce high-quality fertilizers and pesticide products, promote farmer livelihood and contribute the key stakeholder of valued services and products, to optimize the farmers and consumers in a safe and sustainable of cost-effective manner, to train and develop the human capital to realize their full potential and grow through successful partnership.

The company initially imported organic fertilizer from Japan and chemical fertilizer from other country. It also invested in the production of fertilizer in Cambodia. Bayon with its Japanese partner built a fertilizer factory in Cambodia. The factory operated under different entity; however, Bayon is the sole distributor of products from those factories.

We, Bayon Heritage Holding Group Co., Ltd, has target and distribution area almost province in Cambodia (20/25) with a total of 2,687 distributors. We are currently among the top 3 companies importing and distributing agriculture fertilizer with a willingness to reach the largest importer in distributor in Cambodia in next two years.
