Sokheang Chan (Kent)
Sokheang was the main architect of Heritage Group and was the leading force behind how Heritage became what it is today – initially with Bayon and later the founding of four other companies. As CEO and Founder, Sokheang oversees and leads all the companies under the Heritage Group umbrella. Prior to founding Bayon, he founded HCC Group (now Envirocam), a cleaning and pest control company which he later sold. He is currently President for Cambodian Rice Federation. In addition, Sokheang is co-chair for a working group chaired by the Minister of Agriculture that aims to solve challenges faced by the private sector in the agriculture sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National University of Management and a MBA from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.

Vannak Chan (John)
Vannak founded Bayon Heritage Holding Group and Signatures of Asia together with his brothers back in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Prior to founding the two businesses with his brothers, Vannak was project manager at Huawei. He played a pivotal role in growing Bayon to be the largest fertilizer company in Cambodia. He was also largely involved in setting up a fertilizer factory with a Japanese partner, which ultimately led to the formation of Nangoku Joint Venture Development Co., Ltd, a joint venture between Bayon and Nangoku Kosan.
Vannak is deeply passionate about R&D in agriculture and sustainability. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Hanoi University of Technology. Vannak speaks Chinese, Vietnamese, Khmer and English.

Pich Chan (Peter)
Peter is General Manager of Signatures of Asia, bringing over a decade of expertise in agricultural trading. Under his leadership, the company has become a prominent player in Cambodia’s rice industry. He is a board member of the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), where he works to promote the development and competitiveness of Cambodia’s rice sector on a global scale. Through his contributions, he supports policy advocacy, capacity-building initiatives, and international market expansion for Cambodian rice. In addition, Peter is also an active member of JCI Cambodia, a global organization of young leaders and entrepreneurs. His involvement reflects his passion for community development and leadership training, as he collaborates on initiatives aimed at creating positive social impact across Cambodia.
Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Build Bright University.

Chanratanak Kuch (Kc)
Kuch Chanratanak (KC) has been working for the family business his entire career. He started as Sales Executive for HCC Group (now Envirocam) in 2009 before transferring to Signatures of Asia in 2013 as Sales Manager. At Signatures of Asia, he has gained experience in many roles – Factory & Sales Manager, Production Manager and most recently Commercial Manager. KC is primarily responsible for production processes at Signatures of Asia with additional responsibilities extending to sales, marketing and partnerships.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Norton University.

Sereyvathanak Ung (Bravo)
Vathanak started his career with TNT Express eventually becoming Sales & Marketing Manager. He then worked for ClickNet, an ISP, as Branch Manager in Siem Reap. In 2009, Vathanak joined HCC Group (now Envirocam) as Business Development Manager, a company that was then owned by the Chan brothers. Vathanak was transferred to Bayon in 2017 as Business Development Manager. Since 2022, he has been General Manager for Bayon where he leads the day-to-day operations of the company.
Vathanak holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from National University of Management and a master’s degree in Management from Charles Stuart University.
