Bayon Heritage Holding Group - Our journey began in 2007 with the establishment of Bayon Heritage Holding Group, focusing on importing high-quality fertilizers from Japan. Over the years, we have grown to become Cambodia's largest producer and distributor of organic fertilizers, culminating in a joint venture for local production in 2017.
2009_
Signatures of Asia - In 2009, we launched Signatures of Asia, a rice trading company aimed at exporting high-quality Cambodian rice. Since our first shipment in 2011, we have become one of the largest rice exporters in the country.
2012_
Elisara Group - We entered the automotive sector in 2012 by founding Elisara Group, the sole distributor of Liqui Moly in Cambodia. This venture established a nationwide network of over 1,200 stores, offering a diverse range of automotive lubricants.
2016_
Nangoku Agriculture Development Joint Venture - In 2016, we partnered with Nangoku Kosan to create Nangoku Agriculture Development, marking our entry into fertilizer manufacturing. Our factory in Kandal province produces 30,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable agriculture.

Heritage Food - In 2021, we ventured into the food and beverage sector with Heritage Food, opening Magal, a Korean BBQ restaurant at Aeon Mall Sen Sok. We actively seek new F&B brands to enhance our portfolio, focusing on both local and international options.
